Access to healthcare should never depend on where you were born. Across rural Zambia, families still travel long distances for the most basic care — and ZCCI works to close that gap, bringing services directly to the communities that need them most.

Our health work spans mobile and rural clinics, maternal and child health, and the prevention of both communicable and non-communicable diseases. It is grounded in real expertise: ZCCI's founder, Dr. Cosmas Zyaambo, is a public-health specialist whose research focuses on NCDs and their risk factors.

From clean water and sanitation to disease-prevention campaigns, we treat health not as an isolated service, but as the foundation everything else is built on.
